Is proof of payment required?

Yes. Orders will only be processed once proof of payment is submitted (screenshot or transaction reference).

How will I receive order updates?

All order details, confirmations, and shipping updates will be sent to the email provided by the customer upon checkout.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
How long does delivery take?

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

Outside Metro Manila: 5–10 business days
Delivery time starts once the order has been shipped.
Returns & Replacements

When can I request a replacement?
