Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept GCash and Bank Transfer (Union Bank).

 

Is proof of payment required?

  • Yes. Orders will only be processed once proof of payment is submitted (screenshot or transaction reference).

 

Can I pay later or use COD?

  • No. We strictly follow a payment-first policy.

Order Updates & Notifications

How will I receive order updates?

  • All order details, confirmations, and shipping updates will be sent to the email provided by the customer upon checkout.

Shipping

When will my order be processed?

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Metro Manila: 5–10 business days

 

Delivery time starts once the order has been shipped.

 

Returns & Replacements

 

Do you accept returns?

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

 

When can I request a replacement?

Replacements are allowed for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Significant size discrepancies

 

Replacement conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Report the concern within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Proof (photos or videos) is required

 

Replacement requests are subject to evaluation.
