  • Rates depend on parcel weight and delivery location

  • Starting rates (from Metro Manila):

    • Up to 500g: ₱85 – ₱115

    • 500g – 1kg: ₱115 – ₱205

    • 1kg – 3kg: ₱155 – ₱230

    • 3kg – 4kg: ₱225 – ₱340

    • 4kg – 5kg: ₱305 – ₱450

    • 5kg – 6kg: ₱455 – ₱560

  • Final shipping fee may vary based on:

    • ​Exact pickup and delivery address

    • Additional services (COD, special handling, remote areas)

  • J&T Express typically makes 2–3 delivery attempts

  • Failed deliveries may be returned to the sender if unclaimed

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping.

Please note that pre-order items require a production lead time of approximately 10–15 business days, excluding the shipping duration, which will vary based on your location.

We are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur while the package is in transit. For concerns regarding lost or damaged shipments, please coordinate directly with the courier.
